MS Dockville 2017

2017. What a year. We spent the whole summer at music and art festivals, travelling from one container to another with our pictures, performances and films. But the heart is when you come home – home to the MS Dockville in Hamburg. Home again between harbor and dykes we hacked their container to focus the human lens on love, diversity and equality. There’s where we startet back in the days. There we organized the first Container Love exhibition, rebuilt containers, built and painted bars, and enjoyed a lot of cool parties and exhibitions. In 2017 we were accompanied by our beloved photographers Laurence Philomène and Kostis Fokas, whose pictures we made shine. Printed on illuminated displays – fucking expensive but beautiful, their pictures illuminated the container by night, where the sexy party people danced until the early morning hours… as always.
