The Irrepressibles: Ecstasy Homosexuality
What makes you feel is what makes you human. The Irrepressibles, led by the iconic Jamie McDermott, is one of Britain’s best-kept secrets, known for their unwavering support of the queer community. When Container Love was approached to collaborate with Jamie on the music video for their track ‘Ecstasy Homosexuality,’ it felt like a dream come true. Creating this film with our friends at Blink for The Irrepressibles was an unforgettable experience.
With ‘Ecstasy Homosexuality,’ we aim to turn this summer into a celebration of queer liberation. This track invites us to bask in the warmth of our love, reclaim our identities and desires with pride, and explore the deep connections and authentic intimacy that go beyond lust. The song is a powerful celebration of male homosexual love, highlighting the joy and strength that come with embracing one’s true self.
Working with Container Love means creating a safe space for everyone. The team is committed to working with queer people and allies, making sure that everyone feels supported and secure. With over 11 years of experience, Container Love has built a strong network of talented professionals. This expertise is brought into every production, where passion and skill come together to create meaningful work.
In addition to the music video for ‘Ecstasy Homosexuality,’ we launched the ‘Beyond Lust’ campaign, which includes an online special with interviews, editorials, a social media campaign, and PR activities. This campaign highlights that what lies beyond lust is unique to everyone. Through the video and accompanying content, we celebrate the incredible achievements of queer people throughout history – a legacy that defines our queer community, freedom, and liberation.
