Osman Özel: Folds

A multidisciplinary artist based in Berlin, with a family background in filmmaking, Osman Özel’s beautiful series was shot for Container Love’s 10 years anniversary and is featured as part of our Visible Love exhibition. Through his art and photography, Osman strives to bring forgotten experiences to life, making us realize how our memories can change over time, altering our presence and future. His series is a beautiful collection of identities, characters of the past and the future, portrayed in a dreamy state of being. Visibility is about interacting with the world, yet it’s deeply rooted in the subconscious: reality is nothing more than our projection of the dreams we see.
