“My artworks explore the realm of color through a gentle, romantic lens, as I exult in the splendor of beauty in its entirety. My intention is consistently to champion the unconventional and highlight the exceptional rather than the expected standards of beauty” – Durban-raised photographer and filmmaker Aart Verrips’ series is dancing on the edge of the unreal.
