Your Role

As part of our creative team, you’ll bring queer stories to life – from concept to execution – working across online editorials, magazine layouts, and campaign visuals to shape how our stories look and feel.

  • Create editorials together with the creative team.
  • Keep the online magazine updated.
  • Support concept and mockup development and help craft pitch decks.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and cultural insights during brainstorming sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with queer voices to ensure every project stays authentic and impactful.

Your Profile

  • You’re a student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field.
  • You have a portfolio showcasing your design work (digital and print).
  • You’re skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • You’re familiar with WordPress and creating/updating online content.
  • You have a good eye for photography – knowing photographers, styles, and what makes an image stand out.
  • You love clean, modern design and have an eye for detail.
  • You’re proactive, independent, and a great team player.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • An understanding of and respect for the queer community and culture is essential.

  • Team up with creators and artists to brainstorm and produce concepts and content.
  • Develop fresh content formats with our Love Talents.
  • Create, edit, and adapt visuals and videos from editorials and campaigns for social channels.
  • Capture and produce content at events, highlighting key moments and stories.
  • Pitch new ideas and share cultural insights during team brainstorming sessions.
  • Boost the visibility of our printed magazine across digital platforms.
  • Follow the latest social media, fashion, music, and visual trends.

  • You live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, always exploring new trends and formats.
  • You love creating content that’s engaging, authentic, and visually striking.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • You respect and understand queer culture and identities and are committed to creating inclusive, impactful content.
  • You’re curious, approachable, and confident when interacting with creators, talents, and collaborators.

Internship in Talent Management for (3 months, starting summer 2025)

Your Role

As part of our creative team, you’ll be working at the heart of our Love Talents roster – working closely with queer artists and allies, creators and international talents on campaigns, editorials, and films. This is your chance to learn the ins and outs of talent management while helping bring projects to life.

  • Support talent growth strategies and help expand visibility for our Love Talents.
  • Collaborate with talents, creators, and artists on concepts, content, and campaigns.
  • Work on lookbooks and prepare pitch presentations.
  • Coordinate castings, bookings, and campaign logistics.
  • Scout emerging queer creatives at events, exhibitions, and community gatherings.
  • Assist in reporting and tracking campaign and talent performance.
  • Collaborate on social media content with talents to promote campaigns and editorial work.

  • You’re deeply connected to the creative scene – you follow talents, creators, and trends on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
  • You’re curious, approachable, and confident when interacting with creators, talents, and collaborators.
  • You’re organized and proactive, able to juggle multiple projects while keeping a cool head.
  • You love collaboration and believe in building long-term, meaningful connections.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
  • You respect and understand queer culture and identities, and are committed to creating inclusive, impactful work.
