Your Role
As part of our creative team, you'll bring queer stories to life – from concept to execution – working across online editorials, magazine layouts, and campaign visuals to shape how our stories look and feel.
- Create editorials together with the creative team.
- Keep the online magazine updated.
- Support concept and mockup development and help craft pitch decks.
- Contribute fresh ideas and cultural insights during brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate closely with queer voices to ensure every project stays authentic and impactful.

Your Profile
- You're a student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field.
- You have a portfolio showcasing your design work (digital and print).
- You're skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- You're familiar with WordPress and creating/updating online content.
- You have a good eye for photography – knowing photographers, styles, and what makes an image stand out.
- You love clean, modern design and have an eye for detail.
- You're proactive, independent, and a great team player.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- An understanding of and respect for the queer community and culture is essential.

Your Role
As part of our creative team, you'll be working at the heart of our Love Talents roster – working closely with queer artists and allies, creators and international talents on campaigns, editorials, and films. This is your chance to learn the ins and outs of talent management while helping bring projects to life.
- Support talent growth strategies and help expand visibility for our Love Talents.
- Collaborate with talents, creators, and artists on concepts, content, and campaigns.
- Work on lookbooks and prepare pitch presentations.
- Coordinate castings, bookings, and campaign logistics.
- Scout emerging queer creatives at events, exhibitions, and community gatherings.
- Assist in reporting and tracking campaign and talent performance.
- Collaborate on social media content with talents to promote campaigns and editorial work.

Your Role
As our Event & Brand Partnerships Intern, you'll be at the intersection of cultural production and brand collaborations. You'll gain hands-on experience and real responsibility, including.
- Leading the planning and execution of a small-scale event or activation, from concept to on-site coordination.
- Researching and connecting with potential brand and cultural partners.
- Supporting the creation of content for our Love Brands platform: including curated pop-ups, creative campaigns, and editorial features.
- Handling logistics (catering, guest lists, communications) alongside our team and receiving project management training.
- Collaborating with designers, artists, influencers, and marketing professionals.

Your Profile
- You're a student in Cultural Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, completing a mandatory internship as part of your studies.
- You have a strong interest in brand partnerships, event production, and creative activations within cultural and queer spaces.
- You bring excellent research, organizational, and communication skills.
- You are comfortable using Keynote, as well as Google Workspace tools (Slides, Docs, Sheets).
- You approach tasks proactively, pay attention to detail, and have a solution-oriented mindset.
- You are fluent in English; German skills are a plus but not required.
