Your Role
Create and update online magazine content using WordPress.
Assist with editorial planning and visual storytelling for online articles.
Design and adapt visuals for websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Help develop creative concepts for digital and print media.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Perform general back-office tasks to support the team.
Your Profile
You’re a student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field.
You have a portfolio showcasing your design work (digital and print).
You’re skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere).
You’re familiar with WordPress and creating/updating online content.
You love clean, modern design and have an eye for detail.
You’re proactive, independent, and a great team player.
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
An understanding of and respect for the queer community and culture is essential.

Your Role
Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to grow our community.
Plan and schedule content across all platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Actively engage with our online community by responding to messages, comments, and interactions.
Build and maintain relationships with artists, creators, and collaborators within the LGBTQIA+ space.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative content ideas and campaigns.
Your Profile
You’re a student in Social Media Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Passionate about community building and online engagement.
Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Creative mindset with strong organizational skills for content planning.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
Strong communication skills in English (German is a bonus).
An understanding of and respect for the queer community and culture is essential.

Your Role
Represent and manage our Love Talents, connecting them with brands and agencies for impactful collaborations.
Actively search for new creative talent to expand our roster.
Organize and coordinate castings and bookings, ensuring seamless execution.
Collaborate with our creative team to match the perfect talent with each campaign.
Negotiate contracts and fees, ensuring fair terms for all parties.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, agencies, and production companies.
Stay engaged with the creative scene by exploring blogs, magazines, exhibitions, and events.
Your Profile
Proven experience as a Booker, Art Buyer, or Talent Manager in the creative industries.
A deep understanding of and passion for working with talents and creatives.
Exceptional networking skills with an eye for discovering and nurturing talent.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
A proactive and calm approach to problem-solving, even under pressure.
Passion for collaboration and building long-term relationships.
Fluent in English (German is a bonus).
