When it comes to sustainability, individualization and personalized interactions, we are definitely on board – that was our first thought when we were invited to Interzum 2019, the world’s largest trade fair for furniture production and interior design. On three days, smart technologies and products were presented with the slogan Digitalization – Focus on Consumer Trends! Our friends from Digital Connection organized a complete piazza with talks, panel discussions and a personalized exhibition. The idea was quite simple. We personalized the exhibition and invited visitors to curate their own unique showcase while they enjoyed our Love Lounge. Supported by our sponsors Square Metrics and Samsung, screens were placed on the show floor with works by our beloved artists AdeY, Annika Weertz, Christian Ruess, Kostis Fokas, Loreen Hinz, Stefan Gunnesch, Sven Serkis.

With the help of a smartphone and NFC tags placed on the screens, visitors were able to assemble their own exhibition. In addition, they could watch the complete series as well as further interviews and films of the artists on their smartphones. We called this: Art Personalized. Is this what the future of our exhibitions looks like?
